1. Clearly identify the stressful, anxiety causing challenge.

Something someone said or did
Adverse family issues
Just "Stressed Out"!
2. Next clearly feel and name the emotion/s that have arisen from your experience of the challenge/s.
3. Next take the time to do the positive exercises suggested in Positivit that will effectively eliminate your adverse feelings and responses.
4. Finally clearly identify and enjoy the positive outcome/s of your healing work!!!
