Teen Suicide is happening all too often. Deep levels of depression and discouragement with no change in sight can lead to thoughts of suicide as a permanent solution to a temporary problem.  The I.C.U. Project is dedicated to preventing teen suicide.

"You don't have to end your life!"

The heart of our message to you is found in the song "Teddy Bear Hero" and in Patrick McCrackin's story.  If you have given up on life...see no hope for a solution...please watch our music video by Fr. Jack and Xavier students and Patrick's story.

It is our hope that our music video of "Teddy Bear Hero" will inspire you to renew your hope for a future that can be happy and meaningful.  We also hope that Patrick's story will encourage you to go on and find the freedom you long for.

Please try repeating the exercises suggested in Positivit for at least 30 days.  You will be amazed at the change in your mindset, attitude and feelings.  It's YOUR TURN to be happy!
